How do I book a vehicle?

You can book a vehicle directly through our website by selecting your desired dates, location, and vehicle. After choosing your vehicle, fill in your personal details and complete the payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with all booking details.

Can I cancel my reservation? What are the cancellation fees?

Yes, you can cancel your reservation. If you cancel 7 or more days before the rental start, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If you cancel less than 7 days before the start, the deposit is non-refundable.

What documents do I need to rent a vehicle?

You need a valid driver's license, a valid ID or passport, and a credit/debit card for the deposit. For company rentals, additional business documentation may be required.

What is the minimum age to rent a vehicle?

The minimum driver age is 18 years with a valid driver's license. For Sport, Supercar and Ultra Luxury category vehicles, the minimum age is 25 years. Drivers under 25 renting premium category (P) vehicles may be subject to an additional daily fee.

What are your opening hours?

Our branch is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:00. We are closed on weekends and public holidays. For pickup or return outside these hours, we offer an after-hours service for an additional fee.

Yes, we offer a pick-up and drop-off service where we deliver the vehicle to your chosen location (hotel, airport, address) and collect it when you're done. This service is available for an additional fee according to our price list.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) through our secure GP WebPay payment gateway. AMEX cards are not accepted. You can also pay at our branch using a card terminal.

What is the deposit and when is it returned?

The deposit is taken as a pre-authorization on your debit or credit card (AMEX cards are not accepted). The deposit amount varies by vehicle category. It is released after the vehicle is returned and a complete inspection is done, no later than 30 calendar days from the end of the contract.

The rental price includes mandatory insurance (liability), Czech highway sticker (dálniční známka), road tax, and basic regular service. Optional extras like additional drivers, child seats, or extended insurance are available for an additional fee.

We believe in transparent pricing. All fees are listed in our price list (Sazebník) including: excess kilometer charges, late return fees, cleaning fees for excessive dirt, fuel charges if not returned full, and smoking violation fees.

Can someone else drive the rented vehicle?

Yes, additional drivers can be added for a daily fee. Each additional driver must meet the same requirements as the primary driver and must be registered in the rental agreement.

What happens if I exceed the kilometer limit?

If you exceed the agreed kilometer limit, you'll be charged per additional kilometer according to our price list. We also offer an 'unlimited kilometers' package for longer trips.

What happens if there's an accident or damage?

In case of any accident or damage: 1) Contact police immediately, 2) Notify us within 24 hours, 3) Document everything with photos, 4) Fill out the accident report. Your liability depends on the insurance coverage chosen and the circumstances of the incident.

Where can I drive the rented vehicle?

Vehicles can be driven throughout the European Union. Travel outside the EU requires prior written approval. The vehicle must be used in accordance with local traffic laws and regulations.

No, smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited in all our vehicles. If evidence of smoking is found upon return, a cleaning fee will be charged according to our price list.
